Anevem (“we”, “us”) operates anevem.com. We are based in Belgrade, Serbia. For any privacy question, contact office@anevem.com.
What data we collect
When you use our contact or quote forms we collect the details you provide: name, email, company, country, website and your message. Our hosting provider also processes your IP address to deliver the website and prevent spam.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you request.
- To keep records of our business communication.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with the GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.
Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered by an email service provider. Pages may embed Google Maps and Calendly, which can set their own cookies when you interact with them. Their privacy policies apply to those services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if we enter into a business relationship and the law requires it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, at any time by emailing office@anevem.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website itself does not use tracking cookies. We store your light/dark theme preference and whether you closed the announcement bar in your browser’s local storage; this never leaves your device.
