Hospitals and private clinics often run administration across disconnected tools, spreadsheets and paper processes. The goal of Medinova was to create a single, modern product that brings administration and management together — reliable enough for hospitals and simple enough for everyday use by staff.
Our approach
As a new product, Medinova started with discovery: understanding how administrative and management work actually happens in hospitals and private clinics, who does it and where time is lost. From there we defined the product scope, designed the user experience around real workflows and planned an architecture built for security, reliability and growth.
